Privacy Policy — Mr. Pool 3D

Last updated: 2 October 2026

Mr. Pool 3D is a game of 8 ball pool for Android. This page says exactly what the app does with information, in plain terms. It is short because the app does very little.

There is no account

You do not sign up, sign in, or give an email address. The app never asks for your name, your phone number, your contacts, your location, or your files.

What stays on your phone

Your player name, your profile picture, your coins, the cues and tables you own, and your win and loss record are saved on your own device and nowhere else. They are not uploaded, not backed up to us, and not visible to anybody but you.

Your profile picture never leaves your phone. When you play somebody online they see the name you chose, and nothing else. The picture is not sent to the match server, to us, or to the other player.

Uninstalling the app deletes all of it. There is no copy anywhere for us to delete.

What online play sends

When, and only when, you choose to play online, the app connects to a match server so two players can be paired. It sends:

The server pairs two players and passes those messages between them. It does not store matches, does not keep a record of who played whom, and keeps nothing once a match ends. As with any internet service, your device's IP address is visible to the server while it is connected; it is not recorded.

Please do not use your real full name as your player name if you would rather a stranger did not see it. You can change it at any time in the app.

Advertising

The game is free and is paid for by ads, supplied by Google AdMob. Google may collect and use data to show ads, including an advertising identifier, general device information, and an approximate location derived from your IP address. This is Google's processing, not ours, and it is governed by Google's own policies:

You can reset or delete your advertising ID in Android under Settings → Privacy → Ads. Doing so does not stop ads, but it stops them being personalised from past activity.

Nothing in this app costs money

There are no in-app purchases and no payment code of any kind. Coins are won by playing or by choosing to watch an ad. They have no cash value, cannot be bought, and cannot be exchanged for money or anything outside the game. The game is not gambling.

Children

The game is suitable for a general audience, but it is not aimed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect anything from them. The ads shown are served by Google, which applies its own restrictions for apps and users it treats as child-directed.

Security

The connection to the match server is encrypted. Because there is no account and no stored personal information, there is no database of players to lose.

Changes

If the app starts doing something this page does not describe, this page will be updated before that version is published, and the date at the top will change.
